We need to address signs and symptoms before they start

Over $100 billion is spent on the treatment of mental disorders each year, and investments in mental health resources grow an average of 38% each year, yet these statistics continue to deteriorate. This is due to the many current barriers:
Lack of information –

People may not know how or where to find available services.
There’s no central resource for information or assistance. People can spend days or weeks tracking down local or online services.

Severe shortage of mental health providers –

Leading to months-long wait lists.
The majority of psychiatrists in the US are 55 and older. The majority of counties in the state of Florida don’t have psychiatrists. Emotional Vaccines serves people in areas without many local resources.

Stigma –

Fear of judgment or discrimination can prevent people from discussing or asking for help.
